Nope. I got RPRF on Nov 6th and I paid it in a couple of days after that. I'm sure, you'll get it changed soon.
I guess, they are speeding up - a new program starts since the new year. It's gonna be busy, and they should close as many applications as possible till these dates to be in the time frame.

hi , same as me , I filed Feb 11th, and AOR a little late cuz, they make mistake on fee charge, then Medicine Required on Aug 30th, rprf paid upfront, then still wait.....

I'm in the same boat too. Hopefully we will get it soon. And it seems to me March guys have a different officer. And... I'm checking March spreadsheet... only 12 out of 57 have got PPRs. So, a lot of applicants are still waiting. Everything is pretty much the same.
