I think that express entry starts in January, so you won't be applying under CEC. No one really knows what express entry will entail yet (correct me if I'm wrong here guys)

As far as IELTS an CELPIP, you only need one, not both

And you do still need to include your child, because she is still a dependent. I had to include my ex husband, and he was born and bred here in Canada

It is true a batch of PPR's were released at the end of Sep then a lot more at the end of October. So now nothing will happen until the end of Nov, or so the prophicy says!

Just a slow process that's all and people looking for reasons, justifications or anything to justify CIC's long laborious process?

I think you're correct there.....It is a slow process and there is a perceived lack of information / process flow details / clarity in the application process. If only more information was available on ECAS??

It is a stressful process (well, it is for me!) and anything becomes gossip then rumour then truth. Human nature I guess to try and make sense of what is happening with our, and our family's futures.
