Med received - 17 Oct..

So, the next stop is at RPRF...

PCC of spouse requested: August 20th 2014 (Uk & Aus)
PCC Received: October 17th 2014

Hi

13 months is the advised maximum amount of time, no one can guarantee how long it will take. As I said earlier, the guys who are landing now have taken around 13 months. There have been cases of this happening sooner and some cases where it is happening later.

WP, if you have been refused a BOWP (not sure why this would be the case & does not make sense) then I would say almost no chance without an LMIA in place.

For BOWP, I think you dont need to give employer detail, I am not sure though

It's too late for that, but you should have tried sending a paper application before your WP expired in March. (Also an FYI for others with similar cases in the future).
