Guys I received medical request on Sept 25th, got the medical done on September 28th, Doctor submitted my results on October 9th. I know CIC haven't been updating our status from Application received to Medicals received, however if you click on Application Received it clearly says in point 2 that medical results have been received which means they have received and reviewed so next step is to wait for PPR.

Hi,

Can someone advice. I have been waiting for my MR request but I got an email from CIC today asking for below detail.

"Please provide updated residence history for the past two (2) years. This information can be provided via reply to this email correspondence."

Please let me know what information to be sent?

Note: I have already submitted my Personal History for past 10years along with the application. Not sure why they are asking for this again.

^Just give them the info that they need, it's pretty straightforward anyway. There's nothing to be gained by asking why they're asking for it.
At least you know they're working on your file, unlike some who have no idea if they've been bypassed or what-have-you.

From which email ID did you receive the request?

Just send your residential history for last two years to recent, this is second case I heard about such things. Seems to be normal bro. Dont worry.

I am not sure but you can send them receipt or a proof of your medical done in upfront with a suitable letter stating your case.
How did you do it upfront? does it a long time more than a year of medical?

Thomas is right, they will give you acknowledgement and reply back after 20 days of before it.
No need to send an email multiple time otherwise will create complications for both of you.

Nowadays, there is no auto-response email. Probably, they dont want to commit on responding to the queries.
I have contacted to check if my medical results are received (as there is no update in ecas). Is is too much or too silly to ask them? :(

I have seen some cases where they dont respond to even updating renewed passports, etc
