A concern to discuss:
I have a close work permit expring in april 2015 and my cec application is in process. My company is now planning to send me back from canada , can i apply for bridge open work permit. As per the cic site, bowp can be applied if your work permit is expiring in 4 months.

Just attach explanation letter along with your application
but be ready to loose $ 155

I just checked ecas and our medicals are now showing as received - yay! The status is still "Application Received" though.... Now the long wait for RPRF begins!

Don't worry you don't need one. Just contact any PP booked the appointment and ask them to locate your IME number in system. Make sure you tell you PP that you dun have that form

When I booked my appointment they mentioned I must have a medical form with me, and that they wouldn't accept me without the form.
So, be 100% sure before coming.
