So what exactly is the order in which a case gets approved? After the PPR and if the interview is waved, does the spouse wait for a 'decision made' letter and then receive COPR and visa a few months later?

His letter says he have to arrive in Canada before November 27th, but we're still deciding if he'll come sooner.

Im so happy! i got an email from CEM to complete my documents - nbi clearance, fill up the appendix A and passport request. Yey! Finally they are processing our papers...
