My ppt reached CIC on 8th Jan and return tracker activated(they sent it yesterday). It looks ideal time line to receive the stamped ppt is 2 weeks.

COPR arrived by post today.
No emails or anything between ECAS change and now because I'm visa-exempt.

As per my other post, I'm now trying to find the most efficient way of landing near Vancouver island.
Vancouver international airport (YVR) is the closest airport to connect to Vancouver Island. Depending where on Vancouver Island you are going, you can catch a fairy that usually goes every two hours. The ferry trip is a bit less than two hours. There are also small float plains that travel to the island from near the airport.

Anybody here who applied before Feb 20th 2013 and has still not received any updates from CIC?
Or
AM I THE ONLY ONE :( :( :( :(

Quick question for people
Does it take longer for a couple to receive a PR (if I am the main applicant and have added my spouse onto my application) ?

Hey if you added your spouse after you already submitted your application it may take a few months extra. However, if your spouse was included at the time of submission of your app, then there shouldn't be a delay.

Thanks wessless
I included her onto my application on Feb 14th 2013. Now im kinda worried cos so far there have been no updates.
On mailing ottp-pilot guys , they came back saying they r flooded with emails and have no answer to my question at this time.
So the worry doubles now

The best thing to do is to order GCMS notes if you haven't already done so. If your file is under "review required" it will probably take a couple months extra before you hear from CIC. It can be frustrating dealing with CIC, just keep the faith and wait a little more. Let's hope everything works out with time. Cheer up!! I've seen some applicants from Oct 2012 still waiting to hear from CIC.

Thanks for the encouragement wessless.. I will wait patiently and see where this PR thing goes.

Hi Winterfox; I'm in the same boat as some of you; Here's my timeline:
App Sent: Feb 25th 2013
App Received: Feb 27th 2013
AOR: April 8th 2013
Fingerprint request: August 22 2013
Fingerprint Sent: September 22 2013
Fingerprint received: September 27 2013

No correspondence ever since. I emailed the visa office a couple times and all they say is my application is in the queue to be reviewed by the immigrations officer and no action is required from my end.

Does requesting for the notes help? How do you do that? and how long does it take for them to send them to you?

If you're in Canada(or have someone in Canada to authorize) you can order your notes at:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-personal.asp

Takes about 30 days to receive it. The notes would help in the sense that you would know what's going on with your case. If a review is required by another officer, if you job duties don't match your NOC etc...hope this helps.
