Did it come by e-mail or letter mail?

I did my medicals around Dec 6th, and Dec 17 online status changed to Meds Recvd - My ECAs still shows Application Recvd, when you click on it ... it then shows Med Recvd

Passport request comes by email. Read this trick with email, this is what happened to me:

Thanks!

I check generally, All Mail, which has all, but I went through other folders... nothing. I will wait till end of next week and then request notes.

Gaaaaah the wait is awful. :(

Got my GMCS today (month after I sent request). Says still waiting on Fees despite my paying online in late-Nov, and both emailing and mailing receipt. Also no update on medicals, which I confirmed with my Dr were completed on Dec 13.

Must. Be. Patient. :p

Anyway, just needed to share the giddiness of feeling so close to knowing one way or the other!

Grishan, when you sent your RPRF fee receipt, did you letter mail them? or just e-mail is fine?

I have e-mailed it only... may be that is causing the delay?

Thanks!

hi guys, i received my passport request yesterday & i have few questions if anyone with similar situation can give some inputs. they were asking me to pay the RPRF again, which I already did last month after i got the email with the medical request. i also sent the scanned copy to OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca.
this was the message i got:
Every principal applicant and his/her accompanying spouse/common law partner are required to pay a Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) in the amount of 490 Canadian dollars. The RPRF is a separate fee that must be paid in addition to the processing fees that you have already paid.
Your visas cannot be issued until you have paid the RPRF for [1 or 2] person(s). Please follow the attached instructions and email your payment receipt to CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca . These fees are refundable if for any reason you do not obtain permanent residence in Canada.

Is this like their standard PPR email?

I too got my ppr yesterday. At the end of this rrpf section which is same in my email, it says, "our records indicate that this has been paid in full for all applicants".

i wonder why mine doesn't say that it has been paid :( wonder if i did something wrong :-[

I guess cic knows your ID indebt :) lol

Jokes apart, cic takes about a month to update your file with rprf payment. Just send the receipt once again to cpp-cost-recovery and ottpilot-immigration. Include a printed copy of the receipt along with passport package.

Completed Landing today.

Hi Godzilla,

Congrats! I think if i remember correctly there was a mistake in your COPR form regarding the date of birth. So did u get it fixed at the POE or you had to return the COPR back get it corrected before you did the landing.

Thanks!
