Hello Guys,
I have applied for Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class. Currently, I reside (and work) in Montreal, Quebec. yesterday, I received an email from immigration office ottawa, asking for a letter for intent to reside outside Quebec.
Well, I have been looking for a suitable job in Ontario since July. I have been applied for many jobs but got refused due to my work permit limitation. I believe i can send them my application history to justify my intention to reside outside the Quebec.
I am looking for some sample letter of intent to know the format better. Please help.
Thank you very much guys!

Regards,
Merry

Not a recommended approach if you do not intend to reside outside the province of Quebec. Note that they are NOT much interested in intention to reside outside Quebec but more on actual proof that convinces them. Here's the following I did,

1) I had 3 job offers from companies outside Quebec
2) Apt rented outside Quebec and lease document
3) Bank account outside Quebec showing address proof
4) Had never applied to QSW (Be careful, they actually verify if you at all applied for CSQ etc. related to Quebec)
5) A couple of French certificate courses I attended to show my sincere effort in learning French but inability to succeed in that endeavour
6) Reference letter from a Canadian citizen (guarantor) stating my intention to reside outside Quebec
7) Bank balance to buy a Home outside Quebec
Active association and participation with Organisations and community outside Quebec
9) Do NOT do landing in Quebec

Again things may vary from case to case and from one VO to another.

Hope this benefits you all.

Guys,

About 30min ago, I received an MR request from CIC. I will not publish the text as it was integrated into the IMM1017 with personal information on it. But just to say....I am absolutely ecstatic at this point! I think I actually jumped up and down at work... lol :P

Anyways, trying to schedule time off and the appointment. All the best to everyone still waiting and I will check in next week. :D :D :D

Thanks!

RPRF: Nov 26 - 12:07pm
MR: Nov 27 - 11:33am

This timeline almost completely matches my buddies, who got his RPRF on Nov 5, and MR on Nov 6 (time stamps almost the same).

Hope you get yours soon as well! Dont dispair....I'm sure its ont its way. I think its the difference in how a VO processes things. :)

All communications are sent in batches.

Sometimes, mr may be sent in a separate batches. You can actually see the progress in gcms. Mine has a note from the vo to send MR .

Hello fellow feb applicants? Any more MR's anyone? Saw Jan 28th applicant received MR and RPRF request. Hoping most feb applicants will receive MR before winter holidays.

In trackitt I saw one feb and one march applicant get MR yesterday and today. Both were from USA . Hope feb applicants start to see a flow of mr.

Also remember that there will not be any updates during the last 2 weeks of December !
