I just saw in the March 2013 Tracker that some one's whose application was received on March 04 has been returned today. Can we assume that all the remaining February 2013 applicants are going to receive their AOR's for sure?

From the tracker, I see that my2013 received his AOR on March 21 and his status on ecas in 'In Process'? Unbelievable. Some one please comment.

I already got AOR about a week and a half ago. Does anyone know how to submit more documents at this point?
I want to send them my new employment letter since I started my job Feb. 6, 2012 and my letter was on Feb. 4, 2013 but states that I have been there for 12 months.
Also, I didn't submit PCC, do I need to get one for sure?

I am planning to do my medical exam even before cic requests it. I'm not sure if this is a good idea though. I'm single with no dependents on my application. Anybody here planning to do the same or has done it? Or should I just wait till cic requests it? Comments and suggestions is very welcome. Thanks
