PCC issued by VFS is very much valid since it is issued by CGI and VFS is just a facilitator for the app. Your sec school certificate is valid as a DOB proof provided it has your full name along with one of yours parents full name.

Hope now I am free!
Can go other country for my job? Most probably I have to leave shortly Canada for 2-3 yrs for my new job. I still have workpermit up to April 2014. Is there any issue or impact on PR application under CEC?

I thought alot more February Applicants would have theirs by now. There are only afew people on the Feb list who have received it.
Maybe its just me...
