No dude I dont think there is anything I can do yet? Cos they have no yet made a decision on my file. But i did email them yesterday .. CPC guys and told them about how the GCMS notes have incorrect info stated about my work period in the notes section.
I have sent them all my offer and reference letters along with my payslips so I really have nothing more to send them cos all my documents were clear and clean.

I understand that the first VO is performing the first level check and goes by the books (I assume) and thats y he said my job title/duties do not match the noc code that much. Cos frankly speaking ..very rarely will someones job duties match completely with the NOC code listed on HRSDC .. there is just 5% or less chances of people being able to totally match their job duties with the NOC specification.

But at the bottom of the notes he wrote "Have done his RCMP check and there seems to be not evident trace of any A35,36,37 (which im assuming is criminal codes).. and now we need his PC from india pls advise above. No further docs required at this time"
This comment he made on 12th Dec 2013 .... its 24th Feb now... what do you think they must be doing with my file for so long? I dont get it.

If i wasnt qualifying under the criteria then I guess he should or would've emailed me on 12th Dec 2013 asking me for more docs or telling me that im rejected? What do you think?
Im not trying to be too positive here but im just thinking on logical basis.

I have a question.. Im a feb 2013 applicant too.. its been quite long n I still haven received my medical request
Ive waited patiently all this while but now after seein my gcms notes im pretty tensed up...
jus hopin not to get a ticket out of the country after a long wait...
Would the government take this long to decline my PR??? or is it still positive...?
cause I cant understand the delay in processin papers...
would b really glad if u or anyone else cud help me with an answer to this...

just write a new letter and sign it by your supervisor if you can, that way if they ever ask you for one, you'll have it ready.

tjazz, what do your GCMS notes say ? and no the delay means nothing, the last time i applied was on december 2010, it wasnt until july 6th that 2012 i received a refusal (it was my fault though, i assume that one)

Nasdi, I left TD in 2012 Feb and they gave me 2 letters, 1 stated that i worked with them and second was my duties .. whcih were totally correct as per my title.
The other job after TD .. i worked for 6 months there and they gave me a letter too with all duties..
So right now I really cannot go back to ask for more letter cos the second employer is kind of an A''hole lol ..

I landed at Peach Arch, BC earlier in the month. Pretty easy, waited an hour to get flagpole, then walk back.

However, the immigration officer didn't fill my COPR properly (as pointed out by Services Canada) so I have had to mail in an amendment request. Don't quite know what will happen as need COPR to get new SIN and PR card likely won't arrive prior to SIN expiriing. Bit of extra hassle and more waiting.
Anyway, I did become PR in the computer so that's the main thing!

Hello Folks
I need a suggestion pls.

My BOWP expires on May 24th.. I still havent heard anything from CEC PR. Although the GCMS notes arent very convincing cos theyre saying NOC code doesnt match too well with job duties and all that jazz.
Who here thinks its advisable for me to apply for another BOWP right now instead of waiting till April end? As I see it, if they issue me a BOWP within 22 days from tomorrow and if my PR is rejected then I can atleast work in my current firm whcih i started in Aug last year as a skilled worker.. thus with the new BOWP i can work and apply for CEC again by August this year after i finish 1 year of skilled work.

So what are ur suggestions people?

What mistakes were made on the officers side on the CoPR? Might be interesting to know for others who still

"After My call back from CIC this morning, the usual processing time is 13 months, you are currently at 12months. Background checks have started and there is a bring forward date of Feb. 28th. By our understanding your file is nearly complete.

Shouldn’t be much longer,"

Pending.it means everything including eligibilty/ security/

My bring forward date was Feb 24 2014 .. yesterday
My Criminality check showed in progress in the GCMS notes (GCMS notes a bunch of confusing notes that keep repeating itself on every page)
What does security check mean ..if criminality means my PC
