you need a job offer. So 1st step is looking for someone who promise you to have a job for you at the moment of arriving to Canada. Once you have that offer and putting together all the information and documents you have to wait till HRSDC have an interview with your future employer... That takes around 22 to 28 weeks.

You should be positive as you are and rest will be fine....FSW2 is quick for sure...but now next step is that they send my application to the Visa office I have nominated for further processing...thats where the real wait game begins!! but a burden of PER is off for now atleast....yours would be in anytime today or tomorrow !!

I have sent my application today.........it would be reaching nova scotia by maybe 9 feb.......can sum1 tell me, what would be the next step now. How will I receive the PER(by courier or email).Plz guide me......

I have asked for Sydney Australia VO ...there is a question in the form regarding what VO you want for Processing....As I live in Australia, Sydney was my automatic choice....Check with your lawyer if he gave u a VO in the form...coz if he hasnt done that then the applications get returned as many others have mentioned it in the forum.....Wish u luck as yours is coming up for a review check soon as per date trends....

Jaggy is ur post copy paste from the old post last month ???? or u re on a diff planet??? lol Jokes apart....ur PER comes only after CC charged/ DD cashed and they email you regarding the same.
 
sorry Abhijeet....I made a mistake :-[ . It was a typo error. I send it on 6th march, they have received the application on 12th March by courier.

I got ur point that they send PER thru email.....so can I expect it by 15 April approx ;)
 
Also I have provided a Current bank certification letter as settlement fund. But the bank provided me a letter dated as 29.02.2011 instead of 29.02.2012.

I didn't catch this part until now......can you tell me what can be done now :(
 
YES!!! Thank God I just received an email from Sydney NS.... Soo happy everything is going in order.

I received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of Arranged Employment in Canada.

Good luck to every single person and keep praying for a smooth, easy and verryyy fast process
