In septmber i will get married whit my canadian fiancee and I want to start the application for the PR. I have to wait untill i'll be married or there is somenthing that i can do now?

Italian Stallion - you have to wait until you`re married.. Canada only has spousal applications.

However depending on the application for your country there may be somethings that can be arranged or prepared ahead of time.

Start saving the proofs of your relationship now, yes. Do NOT do the medical and police certificate yet, these should be the last things you do. The police certificates can be no more than 3 months old when your application is submitted, and the medical expires one year after it was done.
