Hello Guys! i have a question.....we mail our app on Feb 7th, they received it on Feb 9th. I have been trying to log in on ECAS but it said they still don't have information about the app. I have been doing this with the receipt number starting with an RXXXXXXX and my husband (sponsor's) details. But today when i tried to log in again to get some results on my app i got a message saying this:

This form is incomplete. Please provide the necessary information below, then send your request again.

1.Receipt Number (IMM 5401) should be in this format: B000000000.

Whta does this mean? I don't have a number starting with a B

Help pls!!

I thought that receipt numbers usually start with "R" (all mine have), file numbers can gave a "B" ??

The same thing happened to me this morning when I was trying to check if our ecas has been activated.. Keep on trying. I am assuming they are activating your ecas. Well that is the only logical answer I could come up with because, I tried again and I think it worked the 5th time.. dont give up.. try logging in again.
