@ Bangkokcanuck: i hope we all have something to be busy for like you to divert from thinking about the apps over and over.. ;D

It seems to me that the people that live apart or have some sort of deadline looming whether from something they want to do in Canada or to get out of a bad situation where they are, feel the stress factor. My wife and I live together in Thailand and have for years, we are so busy we just don't have time to think about stuff like a PR application's status until we are told there is something we must action.

Kids, businesses, life in general, all the stuff everyone wants in Canada some of us have abroad so it's no difference to our lives. I feel for those apart and can't imagine what it must be like we consider ourselves very lucky and do not take that fact for granted.

Good luck everyone

@buffalo-toronto: You have to provide them with the latest option C-print (for 2009)of your wife's, as she is sponsoring you and it is mandatory. Also check this link out (its for the document checklist) which you have to include with your application.Between document checklist is located under PART 1:Sponsorship forms.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5491E.PDF

And also photocopies of your sponsors passport with exit n entry stamp which shows she has visited you. And yes if your wife is a PR card holder or Canadian citizen than a copy of that too is required.

Just when I thought things were running sort of smoothly, my Australian Federal police check came back with an error on it. Now I have to get a new one issued and that's going to delay me another couple of weeks.... I hope I can still make the February group. :(

guys i will make the corrections and changes on the updates next week, probably most of the apps will be received in mississagua by that time and also hoping that more feb applicants will come up (or not, the lesser applications to be processed.. the faster lol!). would you like it to be sorted on the dates when the applications are received or by visa office? i am open for your suggestions for everyone's convenience.

@tdelyte: i'm sorry i over looked that detail.. my bad ;D
@lama21: changes on the dates was recorded

My wife called up CIC today to ask how we can mail in the missing Option C and other docs and the rep. said you can do it and I will also make a note on your A/c that some of the docs. will be mailed later but then my wife just got a call from the CIC saying not to mail anything till the CIC doesnt ask for it and wait till their reply.
I am sure they will ask for these docs, only thing I am wondering is that by the time they get to my file and send a response, it will be an extra month wasted, what do you guys?
