I get the feeling KG is going to do something like this to me. Keep me sitting here for almost a year, and then decide they want an interview.

All case are different. While as for interview hmmm, i'm not sure about that but if you are non-US citizen
then there are possibilities of getting a request for interview.

Considering our luck we are expecting an interview in addition to the first ever cavity search required for immigration.

Our last bit of info to them was acknowledged Jan 6th. They have everything we have short of the s$x tape. Which I am still not above sending.

Our issue is they don't believe the relationship is genuine. We are two little old ladies that live in her house and use mine as office/rental space. So that obviously means we are just friends and my partner is using me to get to Canada. Which is absurd as she is about to take a major lifestyle hit (me I could live in a tent and not notice).

We ended up having to send proof that we were established individuals before we common-lawed up and didn't have debt to combine or create other than mortgages that would have cost $1000's to combine for absolutely no benefit.

So while I can see why we are a bit different but we are still aggravated it is taking this long. Plus we are showing the house we live in on Saturday. Would be nice to head straight to Canada if we do sell it.

UURRGGG this is driving me nuts. Really glad I have you all to share this process with. It does help not to be in a vacuum.

At least Buffalo has bothered to acknowledge you sending additional info. I'm still waiting for KG to even admit they have my file. I had to "force" an AOR by sending an email in November (they got the file in May!). To date, nothing. No word, nada, zip. No interview request (although they still could, they have another 7 months before I hit the average processing time), no requests for additional documents...nothing. *crickets chirping*

Point, thank heavens for small mercies. I guess we can start bugging Buffalo again Mar 6th. Our medicals are expired now so we wait to see if they want another.
