After an email enquiry lately, I was giving a file # F with a note stating our application is in Process but no idea when it going to be completed. Yet no Ecas update...Im still cnfused....What next in-fact the situation is disturbing....

In Process, those it mean Medical is Received and Other background Completed?

Hello Everyone!!

Time has definitely been flying by now that I have my flight booked!! YAY! Heading to London on Thursday to pick up my passport. Not flying out until July 14th, but have so much to do haha My husband won a trip to Montreal at the end of June to play in a golf championship...so it worked out that I had to wait until July to land haha We're both so excited to be back together and finally start really living!!

Anyone have any ECAS Status change recently? Anyone in February get any of their visas recently?

Depends on which VISA office you are talking about, but yes there are many people who've got VISA (specially app of New Delhi) and were they were FEB applicants

Hello!i am from manila visa office too. Ours takes 9 months to process according to website. But i think their doing a pretty good job now because some got their visa in little as 4 months. What is your timeline?

my time line is very similar to yours except i think we sent out our app around feb. 10? i sent out my passport and it got to the embassy on april 29. my medical received update came on june 9. i hope we get an update next week. i was also told a lot of people have been getting theirs in as little as 4 months... crossing my fingers.

I really hope so, but i am expecting mine to be a little bit later because we just paid our RPRF recently..i am just glad that mine went to "in process" after i sent my passport last May 24.. It was a long story but i was able to make it 3 days before my deadline! Wheew! hopefully more updates for us nextweek!

Hello Everyone!!

So, on Thursday I picked up my passport with the shiny new visa!! Talk about making it real!! It was very quick - I was 3rd in line to pick it up and considering they open their doors at 2pm...I had got my visa and was shopping on Oxford Street at 2:06pm HAHA

Just trying to get the packing done and decide what I'll be shipping etc - July 14th is coming around very quickly!! Can't wait to be in my husband's arms again!!

Looking forward to celebrating Canada Day in London on the 1st!! Apparently there were 50,000 people partying in Trafalgar Square last year, so should be fun!! Then 2 weeks later I'll be home!! YAY!!!

My eCAS has updated this Sunday to say the following:

We received MY WIFE NAME application for permanent residence on April 5, 2011.

We started processing MY WIFE NAME application on June 16, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

I hope they send me the PPR soon..
