According to CIC's requirements, one must reveal about his travel history in the form.
One could be asked later on if CIC finds your travel info from those countries.
you might even never be asked at all.

Dont worry.

Well everyone, especially London Applicants, coming on to the "Travel History"; London office only included this form in VO specific Checklist in June 2010. I completed my docs by the end of May & have not submitted this form along with my detailed docs. Please share ur experience & knowledge, if anyone has submitted this form to London or has been asked by london to submit this form?

Well way this form is mandatory. It has been updated at CHC London. Even if you have not travelled before you have to fill this form.
All you can do is this fill the form with a cover letter explaining the situation and send to CHC London. I think it will work.

only idas of CHC Singapore got his medical in 3.5 months after sending his full docs.
I am assuming that they arr not gonna send scattered Medicals anymore, rather they will start sending bulk of medicals.
