Hi Folks,
My documents reached CIO on Fe 24th and am yet to get AOR. My CC is not even charged. Not sure what they are doing. I applied in FSW 3. Did everyone who applied in Feb get their AOR's ? When should I send a letter to CIO to follow up?

Hi,
I have already sent my full docs to CHC in May 2010. My passport will expire in Aug 2011.
My question is when I receive the Passport Request, can I renew and send the new passport since the old one may be expired or very close to expiry.
Anybody with similar experience?
Please advise.

yes u have to renew..n u have to send copies of new n old passport to visa office.

Charlie5, Have you provided an email address to CIO? If you have, check your mailbox make sure it is not marked as junk/spam.

Finally I got my AOR on 30th April and I get this news on 4th May!

Praying for everyone for good news!

Please Big Mike and someone update list. May be i will be busy for some days collecting the documents!!!

Hi guys just to update you all i have managed to gather all my documents now and will be posting them today to be received by London on Monday morning 10th May, im glad to have passed that stage now fingers crossed for the rest.


Timeline:intitial application sent 1st Feb returned due to n/a missing in boxes about residential status in other countries, returned 1st March received by CIO 5th March AOR received 27th April by e-mail, documents gathered and sent today 7th May to be recieved by London 10th May.
