I have AEO .. my noc is 2174

Simon123 .. what is AEO? Your NOC 2174 is not under the list of occupations. Do you come under some other category like the 1 year canadian experience or arranged employment. Just curious - upto you to answer or not.

Hello Guys,

I am very happy to inform you all that I received AOR today from CIS. I am not in the list but I go through the forum frequently. My application was received by CIS on Feb 15th and I received AOR today (3/24/10). My NOC code is 9212. My tension came to an end today. I pray that all you guys should receive AOR ASAP.

Congrats on your CC charge. Where do you stay? Are you ready to send final documents to Buffalo? Do you have any list of documents to send to CHC, Buffalo for next stage.Let's collaborate to send documents. I am in Canada now and my visa office is ND.My NOC is 9212.I am waiting for my FBI certificate now and still have to take IELTS.I hope I can meet 120 day deadline.

Hi everyone,

I have few questions .. if someone can help

I am preparing docs to send to ND office ... my Ques are

1. I have reference letter from the current company (with duties) but the reference letters from old employers does not contain duties ... it just says designation and time period...
is it necessary that each and every employer should write duties ... I am applying under AEO category .. I am working in the same field from last 2 years ( in current company ) and can prove that ... isn't that enough?

2. Can i send notorized copies of past experience letters .. i just cannot affort to loose them

I registered post my application on the 10th Feb - Don't know when CIC received it. Waiting anxiously !!!!!!!!!

Dear big mike & other

I applied in june 08 & got rejection on the basis of 38 list. Now i again applied because i got promoted on sept 08 under the occupation of 38 list & hence it become 1.5year & i have shown that i am doing job duties for 1.5 year for my new occupation to which i have promoted .
My question is this that i have added some job duties in my previous profile which i had shown in my last form for example at that time when i had applied i shown 8 job duties for the occuptation that was not under 38 list & now in my new form i added 2-3 more job duties in that occupation which was not under 38 list
ONe of my friend said that his consulatant told him that you cannot add job duties which you have already shown in your previous form & if you do you can get rejection.
Will they consider my new occupation job duties which i am showing that i am doing from 1.5year & it is falling under 38 list or they will also match my old occupation history in which i have added 2-3 job duties to the my old form which i got rejection

@ Cando...good to knw u have NOC: 9212...because i too hv same NOC & have found very small no of people with NOC: 9212. Can u plz share ur Current occupation & job responsibilities......regarding myself, i am working as operations engineer in a Fertilizer Complex in Pakistan.

All u need to do is to mention only those occupations in Schedule-1 form, which are in 38 NOC's list. Dont mention other occupations or job responsibilities as they dont count. Just evaluate one thing, if with only 1.5yrs of experience in 38 NOC's list u r able to score 67 marks then its not a problem.
