After a long time I came to this thread. How many february applicants are still waiting for PR. I myself a feb. applicant and still waiting for MR. Is there anyone maintaining a list of applicants?

I dont recommend anyone to dream about MR in 2011. CIC is issuing some PPR's those were halted before the stagnancy got executed in March 2011. 1-2 cases of MR, but they tooo for the post June 2010 applicants.

I dont see any lights until "End of Spring"/Summer/Fall 2012. CIC is giving priority on Labor Market opinion, NOC's those are in need will get the early calls.

Originally this thread was started for the applicants who applied to CIO in february 2010. Lateron, may be few joined it who submitted full docs in feb 2010.
