They needed new coaches because some parents left. We have discussed these questions 2-3 times so far. Check previous pages..

Was beer as in animal or drink? If it was animal spelling should be bear.

Btw, in beer there's more stress --- YER is pronounced harder. Especially, in BrE, you can easily spot the difference as 'Bear' is often pronounced in a relaxed way.
