Anybody have the same situation. My friend applied forc cec and application was recieved feb 10 and deducted on his credit card last march 6 and still got no aor...

Ask you friend to check the spam folders in his email account. Sometimes AORs disappear in the spam folders.
Also, a week from now, have your friend try to log on to E-CAS ( link can be found on my website http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/ )
and if your friend is able to see the application status on E-CAS then the AOR has already been sent by CIC.
In that case, have your friend email CPC-Ottawa and ask for the file number in the email.

Can you please clarify those underlying items please? This is a CEC forum. Not a cell phone message apps for 15 years old teenage girl. Most of us including me are not good at english too much. So if you wrote properly then we can try to answer that.
