Hi All,
Is there any applicant who's application was picked for processing in from Feb 2016 and completed processing? Any tentative dates that experts can suggest?
right now all I see is "Review of eligibility" shows "Review in Progress". mine was picked for processing on Feb 19, 2016.

And I haven't heard anything since! Trying to stay positive even though they're accusing me of misrepresentation

Just asking, how do you know when is your application picked for processing? I submitted my CEC application in April 2016. Status is review in progress right now. It has been almost 6 months and I have called my HR asking about if anyone from CIC has contacted them to check my background. They said no. I am wondering has CIC really started process my application?

Of course they have, that's why you have a file number. The problem is that the applications get stacked up and they are assigned to officers. Each step takes a while. For instance the background check, medical exams, the application eligibility itself, etc.

No need to call your HR. Just stay patient, you're almost there.

By the way, although I can check my application in my CIC account, I cannot find my application in ECAS. Is this normal?

i submit my application under cec in start of march 2016
recieve letter from cic in start of sep for send passport for visa
and now waiting back my passport
