With the updated system, when your file goes to "In Process" do you get an email notification?

No they do not send any emails after the AoR stage doubt that is changing as the expectation is you will check the application updates online. I just checked yesterday and saw the update.

I received my test invitation today!

Letter date : June 12, 2015 - Test date : July 14, 2015

Unfortunately, they used the wrong first name on the invitation, so I called CIC to ask them to correct it ...

I see that process times differ a lot for everybody.
My application is In Process since May 5 (I sent it on Feb 5) but I see some of the applications just stayed a few days in "In Process" status and start displaying "Sent to xxx office" status. Also I see that there are people that got an exam date even though they sent their applications later than I did.

Also, of course there are other people waiting much more...

Anybody has an idea why it is so different for everyone? Is there a logic behind it or is it totally random?
