It seems that not a lot of people in Jan batch a handful got to In Process. To me it seems like they are at-least picking up on getting the AoR times fast but after this the rest of the process is still a work in progress.

Hello Guys

my ecas updated today showing " RECEIVED". Do we have an option on the spreadsheet to update this?

No need. it's just the same as AOR recieved.

Mine's saying in process now:

Citizenship
1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 2, 2015.

2.We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 11, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3.We started processing your application on March 13, 2015.

Congrats Kess! Don't forget to update the spreadsheet! I think you are the first in Feb to be in process! :D

My eCas is now active. Received AOR on 13-Mar-15.

Earlier I was checking based on Application Number and was getting error messages. Then I tried with UCI and was able to see the status in eCAS.

All family members in my application have individual UCI and Application Number. Is this the way it should happen?

Somehow, I thought that if all the applications are sent in one folder then they will be processed together but here it seems that they are being processed separately.

I have updated my status on Global WorkSheet -

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Au02r_J_VN90dHdrcDJyaWZYYW55d0hJMzJDNUFRaHc&usp=sharing

I would suggest all the members participating on this thread, to update their data on Global worksheet as well. This will help you in analyzing your progress with respect to larger group.

Thanks! And no I wasn't the first. I saw a couple other people out "in process" dates so figured I'd check ecas.

Just to inform you I received AOR yesterday at 10:39 PM, my application was received on the 20th Feb.

I missed the email as it gone under the Update category automatically in my Gmail, so anyone looking for AOR should check sub categories of Gmail, if they are using gmail.

I updated the sheet but I can not put colors.

No AOR yet. Any specific reason. My application was received on Feb 20. Should I need to call them.

I think you can wait for 5 business days before calling. From the spreadsheet I noticed that the average turn around time for AOR is between 32 to 36 days. Once you have completed 36 days, you may call them.

Where is update category in gmail. You means spams etc.

In order for you to have an update tab "category" in your gmail, you need to enable it first. Click settings then configure inbox. Alternatively, search for an email from client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca (without spaces), that's the email used by CIC to send your AOR.

Good Luck

Congrats Kess on moving to the next step. Seems the slowdown is more for Toronto offices, other province offices are started to move at a good pace comparing the other months spreadsheets as far back as Nov. Makes sense as the high volume from GTA can create a large backlog.

I haven't received the AOR as yet. My application was delivered on 13th Feb. Is it late and should be checked with CIC?

Thanks,
