This is my timeline:
Applied - 2012 December
In process - 2013 January
PQ - 2013 August
Test - 2014, February 13 - St. Clair
Waiting for Oath :)

I am from montreal region. I had my test on 2014-Feb-05. Also submitted my RQ on Oct-2013. Now waiting for oath letter..... Let me know your time line we can check whats going on montreal office.
 
Officer may be forget to issue oath letter for me. I took test on 10 February at St Clair
 
me too :-) ... took test @ Scarborough on Jan 22. Everyone from Scarborough have been getting letters in 2 weeks.

It used to be 2 weeks too for the "lucky" ones like myself who did not get one right after the test in Mississauga...
Been waiting for almost 4 weeks now, nothing.
 
We are in the same boat Vinaypuri. I had test on Feb 10 @ Scarborough, nothing yet :(
