How will i know at 16 that submission has started and its time to pay now. Will they announcment on website?

hi YOU NEED TO CLICK ON SUBMISSION BUTTON THEN IT WILL SEND YOU TO PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD REMEMBER IT IS BETTER TO DO IT EARLY IN THE MORNING AS THE CAP IS 2800.

Do not worry much about payment. Submission is important on Feb 16th.

Do not wait until morning. Start trying at 12:00:01 AM EST and do not sleep until application is submitted. Remember MON project will accept only 2800 applications and more than 33,000 people have registered account.

True. I expect Quebec immigration to send an update about the timing from which applications will be accepted on Feb 16th.

I would hope they will. What they also might do is take the system offline and then back up again immediately before submissions are active. They did this on January 25th when they stopped new account creation so makes sense that they may do it again when making another functionality change. All speculation though - not much longer to wait and see!

Yes, better for them to do fixes couple more times before submission date to facilitate seamless submission. Looking at the response I feel almost all had filled the applications online, in the process of correcting them and just waiting for submission.

The website says credit card. So, it should be fine.

They are accepting Visa,Master Card and American Express Credit cards.If you have any of these you are good to go.
