Hey everyone,
Its been a while since I have been active here but here I am back again with a question and a fear that has been dreading to me and I have been worrying about it non stop for a week now with no defintive answer.

I am now a citizen and my PR was approved five years ago in 2019. And back then in the extended family information section (parents and siblings) I am squeezing my brain to remember if I remembered to include my youngest brother, I vividly remember things its been a long time but I dont clearly remember my youngest brother.

Now he is planning to go and study in Canads and will apply for a study permit soon where he will mention me as his brother.
I am panicking here that this eill lead ircc to point fingers at me for misrepresentation when if I forgot him (If) I swear its an oversight, I have five siblings.
So on the chances which might be high or low, again my memory isnt serving me well. Will this cause me issues?.

I really appreciate input from everyone.

If I remember correctly, you had panic level stress during the citizenship application process, for stuff that was at best not worth mentioning. You ended up getting your citizenship relatively quickly and after what looks like was an easy and straightforward process. Those previous fears, in hindsight, were irrational.

There's no reason you should thing your current panic attack is anything but irrational too. You belong here as a citizen, and nothing and no-one is going after you. Keep your head and your confidence level high, and stop second guessing every single document you had to fill in the previous years. Misrepresentation is pretending to manage a legit business while that business is used for money laundering for the local mafia, or claiming you've been in Canada in a given year while you were getting a degree from a university in Tokyo, not small fry like what's at best an honest mistake (and possibly didn't happen anyway...)

Also, if these immigration fears keep happening long after you've become a citizen, my best advice would be to discuss those with a psychologist. They're best equipped to deal with someone's irrational/overblown fears.

You are right Seym and I am actually been seeing a therapist for a solid two months now
I know my fears are irrational but I am just worried it will affect PR not the citizenship and hence my worries

Just chill. You are a citizen. Unless you commit something very serious, you are fine with your citizenship. (e.g. war crime?! )

Happy holidays. :)
(I want to say Merry Christmas but not sure if you celebrate Christmas)

I have another fear that some people are making me anxious about
Back in 2012 I was a university student in the UAE and my visa was on my father and end of 2012 we wanted to transfer sponsorship to my university which was a govt. university. Back then I believe many Egyptians had issues with their visa transfers so in turn my request was refused and I was asked to issue the visa back on my father.
When I files my PR application I didnt think of this situation as visa refusal and I only declared my Finland Schengen visa rejection and now people tell me this is a rejection and I am worried sick since then.

Or, if you're the one forcibly dragging them into these silly discussions, well, do your absolute best to stop thinking about your immigration journey and start acting like a citizen who's gonna die a citizen and whose citizenship will never be at risk.

"I'm a citizen, discussing the ins and outs of my own application history is pointless at this point", and don't let irrational fear creep again. Also, whether it qualifies as a visa refusal or not doesn't matter...

if it is I have the irrational fear that IRCC gets this info and starts questioning this but if it isnt (i dont know) then at least I know it was right by not mentioning it

Look, you're free to listen to more people, or google more stuff, that will lead to you freaking out, since every "don't worry" message is answered with "yeah what if IRCC goes to the jugular for this other insignificant thing instead??".
It's doing you no good, but you're an adult, it's on you at this point.
Your most draconian solution is here : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/renounce-canadian-citizenship.html
By renouncing your citizenship, IRCC will no longer be able to put it at risk. Is this solution over the top and absolutely bonkers? Yeah it is. But ridiculous fears call for ridiculous "solutions"...
Good luck to you. Hoping you're able to turn the page at some point.

Thank you, I was just seeking the clarification that this is indeed a ridiculous fear
