University of bc and simon fraser have more percentage requirement i.e 75 . No doubt my ielts score is good but my bachelors percentage is average.

75% didnt know about that. you can apply in other public universities. i didnt have choice that is why i applied in fdu but you have plenty of options, and you have more chance of getting visa.
