FD made and no P1

[No creative name]

I’m looking for advice on what to do next. I see a final decision on GCKey dated July 22, but I haven’t received any email yet. I called on August 1st, and the agent told me NO final decision had been made, even though all stages had passed (with no updates on GCKey or the tracker). When I called again on August 9th, a different agent said everything was approved, and that the P1 email was supposedly sent on July 24. She mentioned adding a note to resend the email. I’m frustrated because the first agent didn’t mention any of this. I’m still waiting for the email. Should I call again? Is there anything else I can do to get this P1 email that was supposedly sent? I check my spam also regularly. VO Vancouver, more details in my signature.
