I just got my fingerprints, and want to send in the form.. but I ran into a silly issue.

Who do I make the Certified Check payable to?

Should I make to payable to

FBI CJIS Division - Summary Request?

or just

FBI CJIS Division?

what did you do when you submitted your form?

Call FBI at 304-625-5590 to make sure of who to address it to.

And did you get Live scan privately or just got it done from local Precinct.

what did you do when you submitted your form?

I would advise pay by credit card as you will know when they started working on your request as they will deduct money on certain date which will appear on your statement.

Why check? Credit card is way safer.. in my view.

I used money order 5 months back and it went through with no issues. It was payable to the one mentioned above.
