Irony is USPS has probably lost my Indian PCC so I can't complete the e-APR even if I get the FBI PCC this week :D :D

It seems to be some sort of technical issue. I submitted my email id a second time, and got another email with PIN. This time around it worked fine. Will be getting my prints done today. Will update my status after I send them out.
Got my prints done and mailed them out. Should reach by Thursday. Fingers crossed. All the best y'all!!

Got the FBI PCC today.. Timelines below:
1. October 19 - Delivered to FBI
2. January 30 - Called FBI and they said both my and my spouse's fingerprints are processed and will be dispatched on 1st Feb. I had paid by cashier's check and not Credit Card.
3. February 6 - Received both the PCC in mail

All the Best guys.. Hope this EDO solves everyone's problems and does not create new ones :)

Hi All,

I have one query. If anybody is aware of this process then please let me know.

My spouse stayed in US for 4 and half months on B2 visa as a tourist. Do i need to get the FBI PCC initiated for her. I have read in certain forums that sometimes CIC requests for PCC even when the person has stayed below 6 months in a country.

Will I need to get FBI PCC for her?

tks,

its 6 month or more. if it was close to 6 months like 5 and half months then it would have been safe to get one but in your situation you don't need one.

Thank you for the information. She was there for 143 days i.e. 7 days short of 5 months. Just to be safe thinking of getting the process started under EDO. If CIC doesnot require the PCC will loose money. But in case they require as its closer to 5 months then will save some time.

tks,

How does FBI identify our file when we call them? Do we need to provide SSN or last/first name?

Hi! You had already received your ITA when you applied for the FBI PCC?

If yes, how did you manage to postpone filing all documents for the PR within 2 months? Is that allowed?

Thanks!
