I believe once your card is charged, prints have been accepted. It usually should take another few days to get mailed out. You can also call now (once card is charged, you detials have been uploaded to the system) to check on them.
My package reached on 14th july. Credit card was charged today. Anobody knows how much time they take for processing ?? And when can i call them to know whether my fingerprints got accepted or not ?

Really? Thanks for correcting my notion. This was what was told but nice to hear different.
Not true. Your credit card is charged whether your fingerprints are accepted or not. The credit card is charged first, then the fingerprints are checked.

hello guys,
i called fbi today, they were processing July 14th.
my card was charged on 12th october.

anyone asked when the new e-order system would be implemented?
this waiting is so frustrating and i'm always worried that my fingerprints won't be accepted.

How can one get in touch with the processing centre?

Also, my application reached on July 11th. Credit card charged on October 5th. It will be mailed October 17th. And will probably reach me in a week to 10 days. That should give you an idea of the current timelines.

My packet reached on July 14th,
Credit card charged October 12th
they said fingerprints are accepted and will ship it on October 16th,
probably reach at my brother's address in US before 25th October.

Hey Guys,
I found this forum today and it looks really helpful.
So my case is that, my package for FBI PCC is delivered today(Sept 25, 2017) and I need to submit my documents with CIC untill Dec 20, 2017.
Reading through the discussion, I can understand that average wait time before receiving PCC is 2.5 months. But in some cases it seems to be more than 3 months. That is really disappointing.
Is contacting FBI via email or call is the only way to know which time frame applications are being processed?

Thanks,
Sid
HEy Sid, I am in same boat as you. Delivered Sep 25th. what payment option you used? if its CC you can see a change around the time they opened your file.

I am wondering if there is a thread tracking FBI PCC average procesing time.

U can submit ur documents without the fbi pcc and provide the proofs thay you have applied for fbi pcc ( reciepts of the couriers and if u have pincs of Fingerprints). Cic will give u additional 60 days time starting from the day they ask you for fbi pcc. So approx 70-80 days u will get. And till then u will get the fbi pcc. So dont worry.

Going by the current trend, it seems like we will recieve the FBI PCC by end of December or early Jan, 18. There will be public holidays in Nov and Dev. So the processing can take a back during that time. I used CC for the payment. Honestly, this is really bad. 3 months of processing is too much.
