I finally got my FBI PCC today. Below are my details.

Application Delivery Date: 1st - May - 2017
CC Date: 12th - July
Application Processed: 17th July
Mailed Out - 19th July
PCC Received - 25th July (Montreal, QC, Canada). (1st page consists of a black n white FBI logo with my address below it and the second page has a statement reading "A search on the fingerprints provided by this individual has revealed no arrest data at the FBI. This does not preclude further criminal history at the state or local level." along with my name and date.

I sent them only 1 copy of finger prints taken at the following location: International Fingerprinting Services Canada (Address: 200 Rene-Levesque Blvd, Complex Guy-Favreau, Level 00 – Unit 12-A. Phone # 1-514-285-2246). Really old guy at the location filled my form, took my finger prints and gave me all the required information to post.

If you are doing the prints on your own, below are few measures the expert followed:
- Before taking prints sanitize and wipe with tissue.
- Do not use too much or too less ink.
- He insisted not to press too hard.
- For each finger, he started on one side and rolled it over till the other side (180 Degrees). So use your free hand to roll over the each finger. Do it at once, not going back and forth

Especially with current time frame, make sure to make multiple copies. Good Luck

Were you able to send it through fedex from Pakistan? I was told that it can only be sent through Pakistan Post

Yes i sent through fedex.

Guys i have got my FBI fingerprints verification, finally

My application reached FBI offixe on 25th April and I got PCC report by US mail on 25th July.

Can anyone who has got US PCC confirm that it only states that no arrest record was found for individual when we searched based on the given fingerprints?

Honestly I am not sure. I am guessing you are out of USA. The problem is the letter has your postal address on it. So I am not sure if that will be considered valid nor not while you are not in the USA.

Maybe someone who has this experience can answer better.
Hello Karank,
In your opinion is it possible for FBI to mail my report to my brother's address in the USA if I tell them by sending the change of address form ?.
Doing it this way will save me time as he can consequently send it to me in Fedex.
Thank you !

i did the same. i dont think thats gonna cause a problem.if they had any problem with that , then they wont have asked a mailing address from us. they specifically asked where to mail the paper.
so.i did the same bcz i am in india right now and i dont trust indian postal service. earlier my i-20 from a university dint reach me through normal mail.

Today I called FBi & they informed that one of our fingerprints got rejected. My ITA due is Aug 03 and Iam planning to send another request to FBI with new application(from scratch). Any suugestions on this issue..
Thanks

Hello guys, please advice. I took a PCC from U.K. last month and it has my old US address... Can I still use it to apply for my PR?

Unfortunately I have not gone through this process yet and don't know, but did the FBI give you any particular reason why it rejected one of your fingerprints?

I am actually looking for answers to the same questions.

My home country's PCC includes my permanent address while in the fingerprint card for US PCC, I happened to enter my current address (which is different from the permanent address). Does anyone know this is okay for EE?

Thank you!

I'm concerned about mine as I have done them at home (i sent 10 copies lol). You should apply for it and follow these instructions:

"If you are an Express Entry candidate, and you are invited to apply, you will only have 90 days to submit your police certificate. To make sure you have enough time, you should apply for your police certificates as early as you can.

If you know that a country takes longer than 90 days to issue a police certificate, you should apply for one even if you don’t have an Invitation to Apply yet. Find out how to get a police certificate for a specific country or territory.

If you applied for a police certificate, but do not have it by the deadline to submit your online application, write or type your explanation on a blank piece of paper and upload it in the Police Certificate section. You must also upload supporting documents that prove you applied for it, such as a confirmation receipt, payment receipt, delivery notice, tracking number, etc.

Police certificates must be a scan of the original certificate(s) in "colour. Certified true copies or unauthorized copies will not be accepted and will result in your application being rejected"

Hope it helps you!
