FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

9th May deliveries started getting processed. My card has just been debited. Looking forward to get the result till the end of the month as I really don't want to do CSE and stuff.
Yea I know that feeling. My package was delivered to FBI June 12 before I even applied for EE. It looks like I'm going to be selected in the next draw so the timing is just around an additional month for me. Like I always tell others, don't stress, visa officers are intelligent. If necessary, just explain with evidence what you have and welcome them to call you or even interview you.
From my personal experience, I called them 2 hrs after my card was charged and happy to confirm that I received it today at my new address.
So email them the change of address form in advance. Call them as soon as your card is charged and tell them you want to confirm if they have the changed address on file. The emailed change of address from goes to a different department so calling will ensure it gets sent to the right address.

In your opinion is it possible for FBI to mail my report to my brother's address in the USA if I tell them by sending the change of address form ?.
Doing it this way will save me time as he can consequently send it to me in Fedex.

Honestly I am not sure. I am guessing you are out of USA. The problem is the letter has your postal address on it. So I am not sure if that will be considered valid nor not while you are not in the USA.
Maybe someone who has this experience can answer better.

Although I already got PPR- I had applied for a newer FBI PCC as a precaution since I traveled back to the US before submitting my application. My application was delivered April 26th - CC charged July 10 2017. PCC Delivered in Canada -24 July 2017. Good luck to everyone else!
Were you able to send it through fedex from Pakistan? I was told that it can only be sent through Pakistan Post
Just gave them a call now, they are opening packages delivered on May 11th 2017 as of today (July25th 1PM EST).
