Cant i tell the ircc guys that the package was sent by my friend.
I have the pics of the fingerprints and the form which i filled for it.
What should i ask the fbi guys ? Is it About the delivery of my package ?
I hope that they will give me extra time for the fbi pcc thing
One more suggestion. Should i wait before i submit my pr file. Or should i submit it now ? What does ur experience say about that ?

Yes they very well know the processing time of FBI and they allow the extra time if you submit kind of proof that shows you are under process. Read the help section of personalized checklist (if you have ITA).
I would suggest to wait till last week and you have not received till then submit the application with proofs and LOE.

They are processing applications received on April 26. Just got a reply from them.
yes. I would strongly recommend you all to keep inquiring through email (not call) they are good at replying. Be patient. I have noticed that the reply we get from e-mail is most updated status.

When we call FBI - the options provided are 1 , 2 & 3 & we go for 3 always to inquire & talk to the representative.
There is option 1 - which says online Check & Verification - is that the option we can exercise or its only for GC & Citizens. Can someone confirm.
I have never called. I always communicated through email only. I feel email is more reliable. Also, we have something in writing which we can use it as proof along with LOE if we don't receive the PCc in time.
Package reached Apr 29th. Credit Card charged today - July 12th
My package was also delivered on 29th April. Credit card was charged today.
