I just got the following reply from FBI:

According to the FBI's records, your request was received on approximately 2/14/2017 and is currently in process, we are finishing mail received on approximately 2/10/2017. All responses are mailed through the US Postal Service First Class Mail please allow standard mailing time (three weeks in the US and four weeks outside the US) to receive the response. There is no tracking number with the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Responses cannot be emailed.

Does someone has any idea if "they will just charge credit cards for 2/10/2017 applications today" OR "they will finalize the reports for 2/10/2017 applications to ship them out today" ?

Could you please share the mail id ?

Does anyone know if this process is faster for those who have already gone through FBI police clearance? As part of my US green card application process, I recently did this last month. Not sure if it will hasten my PCC since they have already very recently performed a background check on me as part of the US I-485 application.

Hi - I send the fingerprints along with demand draft on 24th Nov 2016 and the courier was received on Dec 1st. Still waiting for result from FBI. Any idea how long it might take?

where do you live? you should have received by now.. It's better you email or call them and ask for the status.

I mailed my application earlier this week through USPS certified mail and when I track the status it says "Available for Pickup, Clarksburg, WV"

Is this common to someone pickup the mail for the FBI report rather than having it delivered directly to "1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306"

Never mind I jumped on the gun too early. I see it as delivered now.

Thank you, I have visited 3 times and haven't exceed 6 months just 2 weeks short. My application is due for submission in 2weeks hence why I am worried about the PCC

Hi CAPTAINADEY,

Please go through this thread. Contrary to what CIC states on its website, it may be a good idea for you to apply for FBI PCC. Sorry for guiding you otherwise earlier.

on 28th Mar, i heard from group that FBI is working on 16th Feb packets. so i believe it should be around 17-18 Feb.

IRCC requires color scan of all PCC. The PCC that I received from FBI is plain black and a signature of an officer in grey color.
Did everyone else who got FBI PCC, also got a plain black ink PCC or is it just me?
Will IRCC consider it as a non-color scan?

Thank you.
