FBI US PCC which applications are currently being processed ?

Hi,
I had applied for PCC from US in Nov - Dec 2015. I received PCC in March after my last visit to US in Feb 2016. Initially I had made 2 sets of biometrics. One I sent to FBI in Nov, the other one I kept it with myself. I am visiting US for a couple of weeks in Oct. Will the biometrics card that I have from Dec 2015, be valid to send to FBI or should I make a more recent one ? Anyone come across similar situation ?

Can Anyone who recieved the results from FBI tell me what postal service they use for mailing? Is it USPS?
If we call them, can they provide us any number to track?

It is USPS, just a normal letter and no tracking facility...

It looks like Canadian mail delivery from US via USPS will take 10 days !

Finally I got the FBI PCC in mail. Here is my timeline.

Application delivered via Fedex to CJIS address in West Virginia on July 7th.
CC charged Aug 29th.
Results mailed out to Quebec,Canada - Sept 12th.
Results received in Quebec,Canada - Sept 19th.

Finally an end to this long FBI saga.
Let me know if anyone needs help in the full process, if you are applying from US and is not a GC or citizen.

Thank you, Andy for your information. I called FBI and they said mine result was fine and mailed out on Aug 31st. I never received it.

Finally got mine today, they received my APP on July7 and charged CC on Aug 26, mailed them i think on 9/15.
