Does anyone know how long the delivery to a US address takes after the credit card is charged?

I need your help on my situation. I have received SINP PNP nomination and I have accepted my PNP nomination in express entry tool.
Now I came to know that PCC is invalid before last travelled issued one.
I have my USA PCC which I have received on April 2015, I have travelled to USA for one week vacation in July 2015. could you please let me know still my usa pcc is valid , mostly next draw I will receive ITA could please suggest what could be be done on my case.
Shall I submit all my documents with letter of explanation for USA pcc.
Kindly help on my issue.
I will apply again USA PCC once I get new USA pcc I will submit to CIC .
Kindly Could any one please let me know is it acceptable.

I am not sure if us pcc would be accepted since pcc should be after you leave a country. To be sure that your application doesn't get rejected, please apply for FBI summary check now. While submitting application attach old pcc, new pcc receipt given by courier company, new pcc received letter from courier comp (I sent it through FedEx and they provided these documents- even name and signature of the person who received it from FBI) and explain in LOE that you have applied for pcc. If cic accepts old pcc then it's fine, otherwise they will provide you extension to submit new pcc.

Within US the delivery time is one week. It is sent through ups first class mail. As per ups, delivery time is 1-3 days.

I meant 2 weeks from CC charge (not from Letter sent date)

thank you for your reply. We will only know when our card is charged right? Do they inform us when they mail the letter for delivery?

You may check with FBI on mail date. Usually it's 2-3 days after cc charge.

As of today the application received Jan 4th being processed as per the FBI customer center agent.

@tejasmhaskar -- I see that you already past ITA stage....i thought we suppose to submit the USA PCC upfront (while donig eapr)?? is my understanding wrong or can we buy some time from CIC for USA PCC?? i ask this question because soon i would land into that situation....Thx

For FBI PCC, its not mandatory as CIC is aware about the delays. However, you do need to submit an LOE for FBI PCC along with proof of fingerprints delivery to FBI etc. in order to get an extension.

my application was delivered on 18-Jan-2016, they charged the credit card on 12-Apr-2016, check completed on 13-Apr-2016, PCC will be mailed out on 14-Apr-2016.
