I would strongly advise to not use this report. Even if it is deemed authentic, it does not pass the process determined by CIC. There is a reason people wait close to 70 days for this one piece of paper. If it was this easy, everyone would be doing it. But ofcourse, the choice is yours. This is just my humble opinion.
I would second that. Shortcuts sometimes get us in big shit and it's better to not to mess with FBI in anyway.

Received USA PCC today (fingerprints received by FBI on March 29, 2017). Please could anyone tell me what this document is supposed to look like? Mine is just one page with a short statement attesting to zero arrest record. The rest of the page is legalese gibberish. Is this what it's supposed to be?

My Indian PCC have same description. I am assuming all they do is that state if person has any case open or not. that's it. MY FBI package go delivered to them on April 26.. I am hoping to get it by July 1st or 2nd week.

Its just 18 dollars. If it will make you feel more assured, send in a second application as well. If the first gets accepted, well and good. If not, you had already sent in a second set.

The report received through a Channeler has colored FBI logo on top left. The report from normal channel has black and white FBI logo.

Can I print FD-258 from FBI website on normal A4 size paper and use for sending fingerprints for USA PCC?

Is it advisable to send two sets of fingerprints?

Any help is greatly appreciated..

Yes, you can simply print it off the website. If you are taking fingerprints yourself, it is advisable to take 4 or 5 different sets. It doesn't take much time, but it does reduce chances of fingerprints not being accepted.

Don't print on A4 paper - the clearly mention use card stock or some thick paper like visiting card paper. You should be able to get this from a professional printer. Not sure if they will be able to read off normal paper. Another reason would be the fingerprinting ink will hold better on thick paper.

Here is my Timeline -

Docs Received by FBI - 03/29/2017
CC Charged - 06/02/2017

Good Luck!
did you take your fingerprint on a normal light A4 paper? Someone is mentioning we use a different paper (like a hard paper)

You need to collect the FD-258 cards from FBI office and have the fingerprints done by a Professional. In my case I went to Police headquarters of my city. I have read about printing out on A4 paper but folks at my police dept said NO for that and made me run to FBI office. But I guess it was worth it. The process takes minimum 2 months so better to reduce the risks where you can.
