Have you submitted your e-APR or not?
Hi,
I have not submitted my e-APR. I haven't received my ITA yet.
I have only submitted the original profile which puts me in the pool to be picked for ITA.
I do have enough points to receive the ITA.
I just want to make sure if I can withdraw my initial application and submit it again before I get the ITA.

Thank You.

Then forget whatever everybody else was suggesting to you. You can make changes to it as many times and for whatever you want before you submit e-apr. Nothing will be held against you till the time you dont submit e-apr post ITA.

You dont need to withdraw anything, answer yes to the questions which you marked as No earlier for arrest by making changes in same application and you are good to go.

Just read all comments, people were more interested in criticising you than giving right advice, Quite sad!.

As stated above ignore all the advice given in this thread. You are free to make changes to your current profile or withdraw and create a new profile if you feel like it.

Geez.

Thank You so much.
I was also under the impression that I could edit my application but was looking for a confirmation.

Thank You.

You are in the clear as there is no misrepresentation since you have not submitted any PR application as yet. I thought that you had already submitted a PR application but you have not.

The impression you gave was that you had already submitted your application and received an AOR. So you got advice based on that assumption.
Hi,
I really appreciate all your responses. Sorry the confusion that was there in the beginning.
I have updated my profile with the correct information now.

Thank you everyone.

The Express Entry profile does not have declaration questions related to admissibility, only when you are invited and apply to e-APR do you have to disclose. So I don't know what you are talking about or if you make sense at all.

Hello DelPiero and others!

How would you proceed in this scenario:

PCC shows no crime or any arrest record.

Although there was an arrest for 24 hours with no reasoning and then applicant was free, as they figured he did not have anything to do with the situation. In my country they don't even call it arrest. I mean in translation it is an arrest, but we use that word for cases when there are actual charges against you.

I'd answer yes and explain exactly what you mentioned above.

You have to answer yes to having been detained, incarcerated or put in jail. You will be asked to provide a police report so be prepared before you volunteer any info beforehand.

Wow, seriously... I had done nothing wrong and now i have to face all of this, this is ridiculous... I had to vent my self.... lol.. Guess I'll ask my family to check with the local police for any official report.... Geez.

Now I wonder if I should actually find that Schedule "A" and upload if upfront along with translated report or wait for them to ask about it.. Honestly i dont want any delays...

Were you arrested in Canada or outside of Canada?

Were you arrested in Canada or outside of Canada?
It was in Europe, PCC is completely clear.

If these questions were in any application before I am sure I had answered No. I went trough IEC -> LMiA -> EE (NOW)
