FBI Report Request delivered in OH instead of WV??

I sent my request for Background Check to FBI last week and th DHL tracker is showing me that the package was delievered at-

17 Delivered - Signed for by : R BECK USPS Columbus - West, OH - USA 09:04

15 Arrived at Delivery Facility in Columbus - West - USA Columbus - West, OH - USA 07:30

13 Processed at Cincinnati Hub - USA Cincinnati Hub, OH - USA 05:14
12 Arrived at Sort Facility Cincinnati Hub - USA Cincinnati Hub, OH - USA 01:40

I have no idea why would it get delivered in OH. Anyone had a similar problem??

You've got to wait...it says its at the sorting facility..It is still not delivered to the FBI.

Do you have an update on the status now?

It says it was signed for by USPS, it's possible the FBI center has some arrangement for everything to be delivered USPS and Columbus is the nearest facility. Since this is the FBI we're talking about, I wouldn't be surprised if they screen everything from all carriers at a central offsite location and then USPS delivers it. The words used in tracking are unusual "delivery as agreed" and the USPS signature.

I used USPS for mine, so I can't comment any futher.

Yes! I'm not sure why it says Delivered as agreed. But anyways, I was finally able to get in touch with the DHL people and they told me that they don't have a facility in West Virginia and the nearest one for them is Coulmbus,OH. So, USPS is handling the package from Coulmbus to WVirginia.

I got worried thinking mayb it was delivered to the wrong place.

But anyways, would I need to wait to get these back to send in my application to CIO,Sydney? or as per the new rule now, I can send in my application without the PCC??? There are a lot of contradicting views. My VO will be New Delhi.

You have to wait.It may reach the FBI office by Monday or Tuesday.Same thing happened to me too.

Can anyone on this forum who applied for FBI Clearance guide about time lines for shipment of the letter from FBI? How many days it take normally to reach the letter to you once it is posted by FBI by regular First Calss Mail from US to other countries?
