CIC will not accept FBI certificates through chanellers. The document doesn't have the FBI document security feature.

Can I send one by this chaneller and write a letter that I will send the original from fbi once I receive it? Cic said they need a response in 60 days from the date they email me ( December 12) else they will use what they have on file. Fbi said they are backlogged and still opening letters from November 9 th. That the wait time is 10 weeks.

Show them proof that u applied and they are backlogged, ask for more time and they will understand but the channeler wont work. I have been reading that since some time
