FBI police clearance

Hello again,

I have some questions about the FBI police clearance. We are going to mail it tomorrow to the FBI and I would like you to make some things clear for me.

1) the guidelines read "If the request is for a couple, family, etc., all persons must sign the form." Does this mean that each member should sign one form, or each member fill out and sign a different form?

2) It asks for a social security number but of course we do not have. As the field is required, should we put "NA" in there?

3) How about the return options? It says this:
Return Mail Options
FEDEX Account #
Prepaid Return EnvelopeEnclosed
First-Class Mail

What is each of them and what should we choose?


4) Is it ok if we fill out the form in the pdf and then print it?

I did send to the FBI a prepaid envelope, and did receive my FBI clearance in about 6-7 weeks.
Go to your Post office and choose one option with receipt confirmation, this will be much cheaper than Fedex.
