FBI police clearance certificate

I have worked in the USA in the past and currently located in Toronto.

I got an ITA on 10 Feb 2017. I am gathering the documents for the application.
I have applied for the FBI PCC. FBI's website says that the wait time is 3-4 months.

I would appreciate it if applicants within the past year can post their time line with
regards to FBI PCC.
