Hi All,
I am new to this grp... I got nomination from oinp and expecting ITA next week... Yesterday we got the FBI clearance certificate and it is in B/W ... However IRCC requires this in color... Has anyone encountered this problem... Were u able to successfully pass the pcc post ITA...

Hello, same issue here, can you please tell me how you did for them to accept it?
Thanks a lot
Regards

black and white is just fine, i recently got my PR with black and white digital copy from fbi

I scanned the black and white copy (which is the original) and uploaded it to submit PR application, I received an email requesting an original copy, thinking the one i uploaded is a copy because it is not in color, when it is already the original.

Your police certificate was accepted straight away from your upload for PR application. Did you insert any explanation letter for them to accept please?

Thank you

No I didn’t add any letter of explanation.
I downloaded the fbi check pdf straight from fbi site and uploaded it. I didn’t scan the paper copy which I received in mail

Hi! I want to ask, did the electronic PDF directly downloaded from FBI website go through? I assume so as it seems like you got your PR card already?

I also just uploaded the electronic version directly, and have just submitted my PR application. However I have seen some posts about it has to be scanned of the paper copy, blahblahblah, and was a little concerned.

It went through perfectly fine.
