Don't worry, its not a desperate situation at all . Just reprint the same Credit Card form that you filled originally , fill it with updated data and send it by email identity@fbi.gov or fax (304) 625-979 to them. I sent mine by email . Mention the day your application was sent to them. After that, you can call or email them to confirm that they received it. They will confirm that they have received it and sent it to the appropriate department.

Thank you sooo much for your answer! I seriously freaked out already. You really saved me, I will definitely follow your suggestion.

Finally, finish my FBI story. But it was really too tired.

CC Charged: 20-Nov-2017

Where in the US was it delivered? I’m in New England and trying to guesstimate delivery. Thanks!

Suddenly I don't see the Letter of explanation section in my express entry profile application. Any idea what could be the reason?

Just check the Primary applicant's list of place holders, sometimes it appears there.

Same question. My card was charged on 11/21/2017(Delivery Date - 08/18/2017)
I emailed them for an estimate and here is the response I got -

Thank you for your inquiry,

According to the FBI's records, your request was successfully completed and will be mailed on 11/23/2017. All responses are mailed through the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow standard mailing time (three weeks in the US and four weeks outside the US) to receive the response. There is no tracking number with the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Responses cannot be emailed.

Also does anyone know when they say “ your request was successfully completed” does that mean my fingerprints were accepted?
