FBI PCC

Just want to share my experience for obtaining FBI PCC
Me and my wife are Indian citizens and we stayed in USA for more than 6 months on B1 Visa. We got in touch with an agent in Pune, India and got our PCC in Pune, India from FBI in 10 calendar days. We read online as well as on some AOR groups that this is illegal and would be rejected. However we have got out COPR with this PCC. The PCC was in color (which is strange) as against black and white ones which you get by normal process.

Update from FBI about courier sent on 7th june.
"Your response mailed out 08/29/2017. It was mailed to the address that you listed on your applicant form."

Cc charged on 18th aug
Delivery location: Mumbai, India.

Waiting!!!!! I really hope I get it by end if this month!

My delivery address is Mumbai as well. Please update when the PCC is delivered.

I had sent my FBI package and my wife's package separately. Both were delivered on July 1st. My card was charged today. When I called them up to inquire my wife's status, they could not locate her info in their system.

Is it normal? They said they were opening July 5th package and told me to wait for a day. Anyone whose package was recd on July 1 and has not heard back or whose card is not charged yet?

Please help.

The same thing happened to me, I'm June 21 and after calling many times and no answer, the person who answered my call look for my file by the tracking number and found out that it was signed by a FBI employee so he began to investigate, at the end of the day he told me that my credit card form was missing my signature and because of that reason they had it on hold, but no one contacted to inform me that.

My advice is to tell them to look for your wife's package by the tracking number so they can help you a little bit more.

Hey, thanks for your advise. We did give them the tracking number. They said they will contact us if more info is needed. Hopefully they find it. They did say it was delivered.

Also, what did you do when you got to know about the sign? Did they accept it? How many days did you call them to make sure the issue was resolved?

They told me to send the form again by email and a week later they updated the system with the new form.

The same day they updated the system (on monday 11), they charged my credit card and processed my case, two days later (today) it will be mailed
